What this licence does not cover

The models. IBM's Granite models, their names, their weights and their published configurations are published by IBM and governed by their respective licences, which each model card states. Nothing in this reference redistributes a model, a weight or a checkpoint. Configuration values are quoted to describe what each model is, which is the ordinary use of published metadata in a reference work; the licence above applies to this reference's text about them and not to the material quoted.

The trademarks. IBM and Granite are trademarks of International Business Machines Corporation, acknowledged in NOTICE.md. CC BY 4.0 grants no trademark rights and none are claimed here.

Anything not published here. The implementation whose execution evidence is summarised in these pages is not part of this release and is not licensed by this file.
